AIS.
A

All investigations

requires,
their

“extra mile”, if there is evidence to find,
they will do their utmost to find it.
AIS
Investigators operate ethically and
professionally, abiding by the rule of law,
and the ethics and standards of the
professional bodies to which the company and
its directors belong.
AIS aim to deliver evidence that will stand up
to any level of scrutiny, always aiming to
exceed the expectations of clients.
Here are some of the questions regularly
asked by potential clients of
AIS
WHAT QUALIFIES YOUR INVESTIGATORS TO WORK ON
OUR CASE?
“Our detectives are all former Police
officers each with an average of thirty
years experience. They have held posts in
“specialist departments” of the UK Police
Service, that’s quite a track record!
And as private sector investigators they’ve
recovered substantial losses for numerous
clients including individuals, companies,
large corporations and local authorities.
All our investigators are vetted using our
stringent ‘in house system’; all carry a
company ID card which they will produce on
request.”
What are your codes of PRACTICE?
“Our senior staff are members of……..
·
The Association of British Investigators
·
The Insurance Fraud Investigators Group
·
The Institute of Traffic Accident
Investigators
·
International Association of Auto Theft
Investigators
·
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
·
Ex-Police in Industry and Commerce
·
UK Professional Investigators network
By following the protocols of these
associations we’re able to deliver a
complete and transparent service to our
clients, we’re also registered under the
Data Protection Act, our managing director
is licensed by the Office of Fair trading
and we are an ISO 9001/2008 accredited
business.”
ARE YOU INSURED AND DO YOU HAVE SERVICE
LEVEL AGREEMENTS?
“Yes we have Professional Indemnity, Public
and Employee Liability Insurances; our
service level agreements are tailored to
suit each case or the individual client’s
needs, always in consultation with each
party.
We have a strict code of ethics; these are
clearly outlined on our web site and are
adhered to diligently.”
WHAT AREAS CAN YOU COVER?
“Geographically, with our headquarters in
Cardiff, our investigators are strategically
based throughout the UK. On any given case
their local knowledge is a significant
asset.
In relation to the type of case, try us,
we’ve usually seen it, or something like it
before; however, there’s always a first time
for everything, but if we can’t help you,
don’t worry, we will tell you straight
away”.
WHAT FORM DO YOUR REPORTS TAKE?
“If you or your company has a set format for
reporting investigations we can adapt to
this quite easily. Otherwise we’ll return or
findings in our own comprehensive report
format, along with any multimedia files and
other supporting evidence.”
DOES YOUR COMPANY CARRY OUT SURVEILLANCE?
“Yes, but not one or two men in a van or
car, (its not as easy as you see on TV!)
But at least three and up to five covert
vehicles, fully fitted with radios, a
motorcycle is also available.
All team members are issued with a video
camera, stills camera, and covert personal
radios.
All
AIS
surveillance staff, male and female, have
been trained to the Home Office National
standard, their activities are monitored
with regular refresher training and post
surveillance de-briefs.”
I THINK YOU CAN HELP, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
“We’d like to meet you, you can visit us at
our offices or we’ll come to you.
We’ll assess just what our professional
investigators can do for you or your
company.
There’s no charge for a consultation. “
One phone call to
AIS on
0845 460 2000
